The Yard is a community of residences centrally located near downtown San Luis Obispo. Located next to the SLO Natural Foods Co-Op at the intersection of Woodbridge Street and Victoria Avenue, the development will consist of 20 residences for sale and is currently in the construction phase. Floorplans range from 1,360 square feet to 2,065 square feet with (7) 3-bedroom floorplans, and (13) 2-bedroom floorplans.
