Summer is over and the kids are back in school. I don’t know about you, but I’m wondering – where the heck did it go? How can we be knocking at Labor Days door when we just said goodbye to Memorial Day? Lucky for us on the Central Coast, it’s playtime all the time. We have had blast of outdoor music this summer from Concerts in the Plaza and the New Times Music Awards in San Luis Obispo to the Stone Soup Music Faire in Grover Beach.

This coming Labor Day weekend is no exception. The SLO Symphony has planned their annual Pops by the Sea concert to be an end of summer fiesta for the whole family. So, if you’re starting to feel those summer time blues, head to Avila Beach for a taste of Teka’s New Bossa sounds.
