Professional Experience

Graham Updegrove started his career in real estate during 2007 working for Sunrise Mortgage & Investment Company, a full-service commercial mortgage banking company that secures financing for retail, office, industrial, multi-family and special use developments. He functioned primarily as a loan-servicing correspondent and was ultimately responsible for servicing a loan portfolio of over $750 million across the country.

In 2009, Graham earned his Broker’s License and in 2011, Graham turned his efforts toward the residential market in San Luis Obispo County focusing primarily on buyer/seller representation, consultation, investments and foreclosures. His success has been attributed to hard work, dedication and providing local, honest expertise to his clients.

Toni Marez

Toni Marez, Certified Transaction Coordinator/Office Manager

I’ve always had a love for the construction of a home. In the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, I became fascinated with HGTV and programming that revolved around remodeling, landscaping, decorating and design. I spent countless hours in my father’s wood shop and in my garden trying to recreate some of the creative ideas I’d seen on TV. With my can-do attitude and hands-on approach I later began managing small construction and remodeling projects.

After trading in my tool belt and garden gloves for a career in teaching in 1997, I worked in special education as well as owned a home daycare until my passions for the housing industry prompted my transition back into the real estate world.
